Jennifer Zehenni knows a thing or two about education. After pulling her fair share of all-nighters obtaining degrees in Liberal Studies, Urban Education, two teaching credentials, and a Master’s in Interdisciplinary Education, Jenn was a classroom teacher for nearly a decade, teaching multiple subjects in every grade and in every category of education (seriously, the whole gamut -- from first five, private schools, public schools, charter schools, and Title 1 schools, even home-school). She also served in Student Development at a private alternative school in Los Angeles before transitioning to answer yet another calling -- working for her family’s real estate business -- you know, something different.

She earned her current title as Vice President of that real estate business all while building her own consulting business, Teach Play Learn, can educational concierge curating customized learning roadmaps for students and their families. Her diverse background in education and teaching has made her the ideal partner for parents as they navigate their child’s education.

Now embarking on a new chapter, Jenn serves as Founder and Chief Eddie of Edupreneurs. A platform for educators and entrepreneurs that provides community, conversations, and resources, Edupreneurs is the much-needed network and support system you’ve been waiting for. Based on the belief that community-led connection and conversation leads to lasting impact, Jenn’s brainchild is built to empower the problem-solvers who use education as a vehicle for change.

What We Value & What We Share

Our Eddies live by these principles

Community.png

Community

Edupreneurs is a place to establish a network of support, and we aim to offer a megaphone to its participants -- and encourage them to talk as loudly as they want into it. We want to take care of the emergent needs of our Eddies, and foster the relationships between them.

Unity

Diversity of EDUP’s members, and of edupreneurship itself, is key to each Eddies’ burgeoning success story. While we’re all at different stages personally and professionally, we believe there’s something to learn from everyone.

Collaboration

Community over competition, every time. We want to use that aforementioned metaphorical megaphone to connect our members, all the while providing a platform for Eddies to work together, support each other, and fuel each others’ progress and ideas.

Play

For Eddies, play is as important to personal and professional development as work. So consider this a space where you can find the support you need for your business -- but also meet interesting people, join fascinating conversations, and have fun (tons of it).
